Welcome to a new addition to our ministry, a blog we call LOVE LETTERS, where we will discuss marriage and family issues using our own life story as the backdrop. Letters traditionally were a form of art, and we ourselves got to know each other through the letters we wrote while J.C. was a missionary in New Guinea and I was a student in Bible School in Canada. Through our correspondence, love came softly, but behind the scenes, God himself had already prepared us for each other.
Our hope is to continually inspire other couples to fall in love with each other again and again, and to remind them of God's passion for them. We want singles to know that nothing is impossible with God, and their dreams can be realized also. We want parents to be encouraged with the story of God's faithfulness. And for all who call out to Him for His direction for their lives, we want to celebrate God's loving response.
As many of you already know, our ministry is somewhat new and somewhat old, because for many years we have been involved in ministering to couples and families, whenever and wherever we had the opportunity. But we now believe that God is leading us to devote more time to this and as the Lord blesses, it could become full time.

LifeSource is a ministry to married couples, families, and churches. God is the source of our very lives, or our LifeSource, and the principles found in the Word of God teach us to please Him, and model Christ to a confused and needy world. When our relationships within the Body are strong, we are better able to bring others into the kingdom.
There is no better time to do this than now! Marriages in the church are dissolving at a rate that rivals the world. Children within our families are feeling the effects of parents who have become distant, even lost to them. Churches are hungering for the restoration and healing of relationships. We seek to be God’s agents of healing and hope in a lonely and fragmented world.
We do this “…so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach the unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” Eph.4:12-13 NIV
Grounded in Biblical principles, LifeSource seeks to address the areas with which we all struggle. These include the following: tools to building healthy marriages, family issues, ministry struggles, sexual issues, painful childhood experiences, spiritual maturity and more.
We would seek to address these issues by developing and presenting seminars and workshops on the various topics, ministering in churches, retreat centers, conferences and wherever God may lead.
